  Inexpensive, but you get what you pay for

  I used Google to look for cheap but reasonable quality office chairs for my spare room (set up office) and Fantastic Furniture Traralgon came up. I went in there today and bought the chair that I had seen online. I never knew just how much stuff they sold and it really looks Fantastic! I also saw a similar light that I had purchased in a cheap warehouse and the price was the same but Fantastic furniture "looked" better. Will certainly go back. Once i made the purchase i registered for offers and she even offered to take the flatpack out to my car.

  Very disappointed at the female staff who were more occupied in Christmas decorations than any customer service, my family went there to purchase new furniture after a house fire. They left and shopped else where. A complete turn around from the service we received from a male staff member there on another occasion, who couldn't be more helpful.
